Leafs Return Policy

At Leafs, your satisfaction is our top priority! If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

  1. Return Period:

    • You can return items within 30 days of receiving your order.
  2. Condition of Items:

    • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, including tags and packaging.
    • Items with signs of wear, damage, or alterations will not be accepted.
  3. Non-Returnable Items:

    • Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance.
    • Personal items like swimwear, lingerie, or earrings, unless defective.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us:
    Email us at returns@leafs.com or use the Returns Portal on our website.

  2. Provide Details:

    • Include your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.
  3. Receive a Return Label:

    • For domestic orders, we’ll send you a prepaid return label.
    • For international orders, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund Process

  1. Inspection:

    • Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return requirements.
  2. Refund Timeframe:

    • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval.
    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  3. Shipping Fees:

    • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product.

Exchanges

  1. Direct Exchange:

    • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or item, please place a new order and return the original.
  2. Store Credit:

    • Upon request, we can issue store credit instead of a refund.
