Eligibility for Returns

Return Period:
- You can return items within 30 days of receiving your order.

Condition of Items:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, including tags and packaging.
- Items with signs of wear, damage, or alterations will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items:
- Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance.
- Personal items like swimwear, lingerie, or earrings, unless defective.
How to Initiate a Return

Provide Details:
- Include your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.

Receive a Return Label:
- For domestic orders, we’ll send you a prepaid return label.
- For international orders, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refund Process

Inspection:
- Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return requirements.

Refund Timeframe:
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping Fees:
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product.
Exchanges

Direct Exchange:
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or item, please place a new order and return the original.

Store Credit:
- Upon request, we can issue store credit instead of a refund.
